Tarte Tarteist Blush Palette

Hi Beauties and welcome to my blog! Thank you so much for stopping by.

I am a blush girl, I love my blushes, so when I first saw this, I knew I had to have it, not to mention I have been a huge fan of the Amazonian clay 12-hour blushes for years. My first experience with Tarte blushes was a holiday collection palette a few years ago, I loved it, then I found the individual blush, Exposed, which quickly became my favorite and now I am hooked. I picked up this pallet at Ulta, where it retails for $38.00. Considering you get four decent sized blushes in the gorgeous pallet, and one full size retails for $28.00, I would say it’s a good deal.

First thing first, Tarte’s packaging is always on point. The colorful paint swiped and gold mirror compact is BEAUTIFUL. The perfectly sized blush palette comes with a full size mirror and four shades inside, Live (poppy coral), Laugh (peachy coral), Love (nude mauve) and Dream (soft fuchsia). Live, Laugh and Dream are all creamy matte shades, while Love has a shimmer that gives a perfect glow to the skin.

This blush pallet is part of Tarte’s high performance naturals collection. Tarte’s Amazonian clay 12-hour blush blushes truly are amazing, they are so soft, creamy and very pigmented while lasting throughout the day. These blushes are definitely buildable; you can gently apply for a nice light color or layer for a more intense color.

The only negative thing I have to say about this is; not only is this a limited edition palette, but the colors are limited edition as well. That being said, Tarte does have similar colors in their permanent  line and there is always hope that more colors will be added.

All in all, I love this palette. From the packaging, to the size, to the product inside, I would definitely say it is worth picking up.

I hope you enjoyed, and thank you so much for reading!
